How do you use it?

  • Find a flat place, be it a bed, sofa, or floor, and lie down quietly. About ten minutes each time.
  • Locate the device’s neck support in the middle of your neck, adjust the position, and find a comfortable spot where your neck is completely relaxed.
  • Bend your knees, place your hands next to your head, and use natural gravity to lift your head and stretch your neck.
  • Slow deep breathing helps to relax, and you may notice that your neck, trapezius, and shoulder muscles slowly begin to relax.
  • Gently adjust your posture every few minutes to prevent localized muscle fatigue.
  • As with any new exercise, you may experience slight discomfort. You need to get used to it slowly, start with 3 minutes, 5 minutes, then evaluate if you can use it for longer (no more than 10 minutes at a time), and gradually progress when you feel comfortable.
